From our first projects to a scalable, data-driven recruitment model this is how Wide and Wise evolved.

2022 - The Beginning

Founded by Tuğçe, starting as a freelancer between Italy and Turkey. Early on, clear gaps in recruitment processes became visible. That’s where Wide and Wise was born, combining a cross-border perspective with a more thoughtful, structured approach to hiring.

2023 - Expansion & First Structure

Projects expanded, referrals increased, and client diversity grew. As complexity increased, the need for a team and structured systems became clear. The first legal entity was established in Estonia, marking the transition from freelance to a scalable business

2024 - Building the Engine

The team was formed and core systems were built. Hiring processes became structured, trackable and data-driven. A truly global team emerged, spanning from Turkey to Brazil, and from Italy to the UAE. Kemal joined as Co-Founder, leading growth and strengthening the commercial side. Operations expanded across Europe and EMEA.

2025 - Global Scale

Expansion into MENA and the US markets. Wide and Wise evolved into a global recruitment partner, supporting companies across regions with a structured, scalable and data-driven hiring approach.

2026 - Productization & Partnerships

The first quarter marked a shift from service to productized solutions. With new partnerships, expanding ecosystem integrations, and a stronger focus on scalable hiring models, Wide and Wise continues to evolve beyond traditional recruitment. The foundation for long-term, subscription-based and system-driven hiring is being solidified across global markets.
